OLYMPUS Micro Cantilever TR400PSA

2 triangularly shaped silicon nitride cantilevers with spring constants suitable for contact mode applications like Contact AFM, Force Spectroscopy, Pulsed Force, Force Volume etc. and oscillating modes in fluid (Fluid Tapping™, Fluid Non-Contact). TR400PSA cantilevers are made out of SiN coated with Au on the back side for enhanced reflectivity. The Au layer is deposited onto an intermediate Cr layer for improved adhesion.

Main features:

• 2 triangular SiN cantilevers with spring constants of 0.02 and 0.08 N/m.
• Contact Mode and oscillating cantilever modes in fluid.
• Contact Mode in air.
• Au/Cr backside coating for enhanced reflectivity.
