OLYMPUS Micro Cantilever TR400PB

2 triangularly shaped silicon nitride cantilevers with spring constants suitable for contact mode applications like Contact AFM, Force Spectroscopy, Pulsed Force, Force Volume etc. and oscillating modes in fluid (Fluid Tapping™, Fluid Non-Contact). TR400PB cantilevers are Au coated from both sides. The Au coating on the tip side allows users to chemically modify these cantilevers with molecules containing e.g. thiol end groups or other groups strongly binding to gold surfaces. The Au layer is deposited onto an intermediate Cr layer for improved adhesion.

Main features:

• 2 triangular SiN cantilevers with spring constants of 0.02 and 0.09 N/m.
• Contact Mode and oscillating cantilever modes in fluid.
• Contact Mode in air.
• Double sided Au/Cr coating for chemical modification of tip surface.
