OLYMPUS Micro Cantilever RC800PSA

Array of 4 rectangularly shaped silicon nitride cantilevers with spring constants suitable for contact mode applications like Contact AFM, Force Spectroscopy, Pulsed Force, Force Volume etc.. The relatively high torsional sensitivity makes this cantilever particularly suitable for Lateral Force or Friction Force Microscopy (LFM). RC800PSA cantilevers are made out of SiN coated with Au on the back side for enhanced reflectivity. The Au layer is deposited onto an intermediate Cr layer for improved adhesion.

Main features:

4 rectangular SiN cantilevers with spring constants in the range of 0.05 - 0.76 N/m.
Suitable for Lateral (Friction) Force Microscopy.
Au/Cr backside coating for enhanced reflectivity.
