Nanoscale Electromechanics and Piezoresponse Force Microscopy Tutorial

The tutorial aims to describe the scope of nanoscale electromechanical coupling in inorganic, macromolecular, and biological systems, and present principles and highlight recent instrumental advances in PFM as an enabling technique for probing nanoscale electromechanics. The tutorial will include lectures from Alexei Gruverman, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Roger Proksch, Asylum Research, and William Brownell, Baylor College of Medicine.
